1. For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by Puneflowerexpress before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

2. For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by Puneflowerexpressbefore 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

3. For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by Puneflowerexpressbefore 7:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

Currently, Puneflowerexpress delivers within Express Cities, Courier Cities and Remote Cities. You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. Delivery may take longer due to:

a) Bad weather

b) Political disruptions

c) Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates. Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance. Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible.

 

Midnight Deliveries

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.00 pm to 11.59 pm on the chosen delivery date.

Fix Time Deliveries

We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per the selected time.

1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts. In the case of Courier, product cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched and Personalised Products once placed can not be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to puneflowerexpress@gmail.com

a. Order Id :
b. Cancellation reason :
c. Refund account details :

4. Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at puneflowerexpress@gmail.com

5. Refunds shall be made under the following conditions:

A. The order was cancelled.
B. The order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case for unfounded recipients)

C. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

6. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.

7. In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.

8. Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for a refund.

9. Any extra amount credited to Puneflowerexpress account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

10. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, Puneflowerexpress shall have the deciding hand.

11. Puneflowerexpress may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
